HISTORY

To date, the Group consists of:

• Two Testing Laboratories in Italy: METAL SERVICES MATERIALS TESTING and LAB.MET
• A Workshop in China owned and operated under the full responsibility of the Group’s management: SUZHOU METAL SERVICES Co. LTD
• A non-destructive testing company operating in the field: NDT SERVICES

The sectors served by the Laboratory are many: from the mining and steel industry to the petrochemical and oil & gas industries, from the mechanical and engineering industry to light, medium and heavy carpentry, from the automotive and recently also the aeronautics industry, from shipbuilding to the white goods and white goods sector in general, to continue with construction and building materials, from packaging to containers, autoclaves and tanks for wine, food, etc.

All this dealing daily with different types of materials that the client submits to the Laboratory for Production or Third Party Tests and Inspections, or for which assistance, training or consultancy is requested in the use or application of special processes such as welding, corrosion, heat treatments, surface coatings: steels, stainless steels, Inconel alloys, Monel, Duplex and Super Duplex, Bronze alloys, Aluminium, Copper, etc. as a quote of the main ones.

Today, the METAL SERVICES Group has a strong market presence in North East Italy as well as in neighbouring countries with two testing laboratories and one service company in the field of Non Destructive On-site Testing and welding.

In China, thanks to the expediting and supplier control activities, the development of a local METAL SERVICES management laboratory completes the range of services made available to all customers
